Parsley Drying for Winter Storage

Sauerkraut Making
After growing produce for the Community Cupboard, Dale still has lots of beautiful purple cabbage left over. Join us at the GRACE and let's turn that cabbage into sauerkraut! We'll clean, chop, and start the fermenting process. After the Nov. 12 class, we'll monitor the cabbage and, when it's ready, meet again to do some canning!
